Role: Farmer (Account Management)
Required:
• Experienced in playing a blended role of a farmer (70%) + hunter (30%) in the capacity of sales executiveor an account manager
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Strong experience in account management and cross selling in across LOB’s
• Manage and work with delivery managers to ensure & leverage successful outcomes
• Local market knowledge and strong network of contacts in the location and the region
• Experience in value-based, outcome-driven solution sales
• Proven and consistent performer in achieving and exceeding Sales targets YOY

• Experienced in client acquisition in the capacity of sales executive
• Ability to land and expand revenue growth in key accounts
• High performing sales executive with deep knowledge, understanding and experience in selling solutions to LOBs across multiple industries
• Experience in selling enterprise services (Integration, Analytics, Managed Services) and digital transformation services (IoT, Big Data & Cloud, Mobility, etc.)
• Experience in software solution sales through consultative approach
• Local market knowledge and strong network of contacts/accounts
• Experience in value-based, outcome-driven solution sales
• Proven and consistent performer in achieving and exceeding Sales targets YOY
